AR Filter Purchase & Hosting Terms
AR Filter Development
AR filters and related creative deliverables are custom digital goods and Creative Services governed by Design And Customize LLC’s Service Terms of Sale. Due to the custom and digital nature of these services, no refunds can be issued once the final AR filter has been approved and delivered or published.
If a project is canceled before completion, the Client remains responsible for work performed through the date of cancellation. Any revisions requested after final approval, delivery, or publication may be billed separately as new work.
Monthly Hosting Subscription
An active AR Filter Hosting subscription is required for each AR filter to remain published and accessible.
By subscribing, you authorize Design And Customize LLC and its payment processor to charge your payment method $40.00 when the subscription begins and automatically each month thereafter until canceled.
The hosting subscription is separate from the one-time cost of designing and developing the AR filter.
Automatic Renewal
Your hosting subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. There is no minimum subscription term unless otherwise stated in writing.
Cancellation
You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time by contacting Design And Customize LLC at info@designandcustomize.com or through any self-service cancellation method we make available.
Cancellation requests must be received before your next scheduled billing date to avoid the next monthly charge.
Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not retroactively cancel a billing period that has already begun.
Hosting Fees & Refunds
Monthly hosting fees are nonrefundable once charged, except where otherwise required by applicable law. No prorated refunds or credits are provided for partial billing periods.
After cancellation, your AR filter will remain hosted through the end of the billing period already paid for. Hosting will then terminate and the AR filter will be deactivated or removed from active hosting.
Effect of Hosting Termination
Once hosting ends, the AR filter may no longer be accessible through its associated link, QR code, or other activation method.
Reactivation may require a new hosting subscription. If changes to the hosting platform, software, browser requirements, or other technology require additional development before the filter can be restored, additional development fees may apply.
Third-Party Platforms
AR experiences may depend on third-party hosting providers, software, browsers, devices, or other technology outside the control of Design And Customize LLC. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued compatibility with third-party platforms.
If a third-party platform changes, restricts, discontinues, or materially modifies functionality required by the AR filter, additional development or migration may be necessary and may be billed separately.
Changes to Hosting Fees
If the recurring hosting price changes, we will provide advance notice before charging the new rate. You may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the updated price.
Payment Authorization
By clicking Subscribe and completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are purchasing a recurring subscription.
You will be charged $40.00 per month, per hosted AR filter.
Charges will continue automatically until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time as described above.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a prorated refund for the current paid billing period.
Your AR filter will be deactivated after your final paid hosting period ends.
Your purchase of the AR filter and hosting services is also subject to the Design And Customize LLC Service Terms of Use and applicable Return and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these AR Filter Purchase & Hosting Terms.
